Free Indo Board Fitness Class

Ocean Experience Surf School now offers a Free Fitness Class featuring Indo Board Balance Trainers. The Indo Boaqrd is the fundamental training tool we use in all of our surf lessons, camp, and clinics. Indo Board Blance Trainers engage the mind as well as the body. We have implemented this programming for many local schools, athletes, fitness classes and more. The curriculum for the balance trainers can be adjusted to the time limit and class size for any program.
