Summer Skateboard Camp
If you have an aspiring Tony Hawk at home, let Ocean Beach Surf & Skate turn them from novice to Ollie-master. This skate and surf school will not only help them learn, it will also stop them from using your front porch to fine tune their tricks (at least for a little while): Mon-Fri 9am-1pm. This year, summer skateboard camp is running 10 sessions between June 20th and August 22nd, open to all levels ages 6-16.
Campers must bring their own lunch and can also bring their own board. Otherwise, skateboards are provided, and all campers are required to wear helmets and pads. Camp meets at Ocean Beach Surf & Skate at 9am, then expert instructors guide campers all around SD to learn the basics of mini ramps, street courses, and terrains.
